Dr. Sheena Christensen

Veterinary Super Power: Community Outreach

Dr. Sheena Christensen is co-owner and CEO of Hello Vet Pet Wellness Center. She is passionate about helping needy pets and is on the Board of Directors at Heartland Human Shelter and Care and International Spay Neuter Network (ISNN). She helps conduct spay and neuter programs in Jamaica through ISNN each year.

Dr. Sheena and her husband, Dr. Jason, opened Hello Vet in July 2021. Together, they have two boys and two dogs. Outside of work, Dr. Sheena’s passion is traveling abroad and experiencing new places, foods, and cultures.

Veterinary Super Power: Client Care

Dr. Jason Christensen is Co-Owner and Medical Director at Hello Vet Pet Wellness Center. His clients describe him as kind and compassionate, which makes sense given that his motto for practice is the quote, “they won’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”.

He has been passionate about helping people and their pets since childhood, growing up on a farm in northern Iowa.

Dr. Jason and his wife, Dr. Sheena, opened Hello Vet in July 2021. When not working together, they raise two kiddos and two dogs together. Dr. Jason loves all things nature, camping, and traveling.

Dr. Ester Kastella

DVM

Dr. As an associate veterinarian, Kastella joined Dr. Sheena, Dr. Jason, and the Hello Vet Team in May of 2022. She is an Oregon native and a graduate of Oregon State University.

Dr. Kastella loves veterinary medicine, especially the wonderful connections she forms with pet owners and their adorable companions. Her utmost priority is ensuring every visit is a joyful experience for furry friends, where fear is left far behind. With a deep passion for internal medicine and preventive care, Dr. Kastella is dedicated to keeping pets healthy and happy.

Her hobbies include playing piano, traveling, and spending time with her husband and dog.
